All guests must be 21 and over
(unless otherwise listed for specific events)

 

Guests must show a valid form of ID

Valid photo driver's license 

A valid U.S. Armed Forces ID with photo

A valid passport or travel visa with photo

 

Foxtail proudly uses PATRONSCAN.

All Guests must submit to having thier photo taken and ID scanned and documented, pat-downs, and bag searches, prior to entry. 

Foxtail is a private estabishment and reservers the right to deny entry without reason.

If you appear to have a poor attitude or demeanor, display agression towards customers and/or staff, or lead our door staff to believe you could cause a problem, you will not be granted admission.

Rude, ethnic, disability, sexist, racial or religious slurs, taunting, or intimidating behavior will not be tolerated. 

Courtesy & respect for employees and guests must be demonstrated at all times.

No harassment of any sort is permitted. 

Nothing is more important to us than the health and safety of our guests and staff. 

 

Additionally, our commitment to the community is essential to our success. In addition to meeting all health standards, we are taking extra precaution by ensuring that all guests have the best interest of themselves and others in mind when attending our venue.  There will be zero tolerance for any violent or lewd acts committed to oneself, guests, or staff while on-site. 

 

Violent or lewd acts, or any other situation that jeopardizes the health and safety of our guests and/or staff, will result in an extended ban from all company owned properties, and will be reported to the authorities.

What can't I bring into Foxtail?

  • Outside food or drinks

  • Lawn Chairs

  • Selfie sticks

  • Bottles, flasks, or cans

  • Umbrellas

  • Go Pros

  • Recording devices, professional cameras, removable lenses

  • Laser pointers

  • Non-approved bags and backpacks

    • Clear totes - plastic, vinyl, or PVC, not to exceed 12x12x6 in.

    • Small Bags - Approximately the size of a hand with or without a handle or strap, no larger than 4.5x6.5x3 in.

  • Any form of weapon (guns, knives, mace, pepper spray, etc.)

  • Chains or wallet chains

  • Anything with studs or spikes (shoes, bracelets, rings, clothing, etc.)

  • Unlabelled medication or illegal drugs

  • Signs, flyers, or totems

  • Confetti, streamers, glitter or balloons

  • Drones

  • Sticks, poles, or sports equipment

  • Wrapped items or gifts

  • Inflatables

  • Masks

  • Whistles, horns, or noise-makers

  • Stickers, markers, or paint

  • Aerosol can

Whats The Dress code for Foxtail?

Relaxed and trendy attire acceptable. Our best advice is DRESS TO IMPRESS.

 

Management reserves all rights to determine appropriate attire. 

Absolutely none of the following:

  • Non-trendy headwear
  • Full head/face/ski masks

  • Sagging Pants

  • Jerseys

  • Athletic Wear

  • White beaters, Tank Tops, Sleeveless Tees

  • Clothing with offensive or discriminatory print

  • Graphic Tees that are no considered trendy

  • Torn, dirty, stained clothing

  • Excessively baggy clothing

  • Oversized Hoodies

  • Tactical attire, footwear, and vests of any kind

  • Open toe shoes including but not limited to (except for heels):

    • Flats

    • Flip flops

    • Sandals 

  • Crocs​

Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. Prohibited items will not be kept or stored on venue property. Anything placed outside of our property will be discarded or removed by authorities.

 

Foxtail reserves the right to deny drugs that are unlabeled, unidentifiable, in large quantities or for reasons otherwise cited by security/management.
